Silence is essential for me. Its quietness allows me to breath, marvell… and create.
My name is Matilde Portalés. I am a book Illustrator and Art Educator at the University of Valencia, I am just a highly sensitive woman, a nature and book lover, and a visual artist.
After a long trip, and living always at the Mediterranean seaside, I simply try to capture the beauty that surrounds and interweaves our daily lives.
