As an Art Teacher at the University of Valencia (Institute of Creativity and Educational Innovations), my classes and research lines are focused on slow, sensory, playful and embodied Arts-based Multiliteracies.

A respectful rehearsal space for cultivating multimodal narratives using mind-body and a myriad of techniques inspired by the art of picturebooks, illustrators, writers and author-illustrators.
Beyond a pedagogical resource, ‘the book’ as an art form becomes a sort of museum (Nodelman, 2018) and a key narrative ‘agent’ to boost creativity, critical thinking and sensitivity entangling a ‘storywise learning’ methodology coined as EMLA (Portalés-Raga and Bellver-Morant, 2025).
